  • 1/4 cup cacao
  • 1/3 cup PBfit Organic
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut oil, honey, water, vanilla, salt, cacao powder, and PBfit. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. 2. Add the oat flour and stir with a sturdy spoon until a thick, brownie-like batter forms.
  3. 3. Scoop the dough into portions and roll each portion into a ball using your hands.
  4. 4. Place the balls in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to firm up.
  5. 5. Meanwhile, place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until fully melted and smooth.
  6. 6. Remove the brownie bites from the refrigerator and coat each one in the melted chocolate.
