Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt, separated
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the oat flour, baking powder, and 1 teaspoon salt. Create a well in the center and add the yogurt, egg, and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Mix until a tacky dough forms.
  3. 3. Portion the dough and roll into 1-inch balls.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, combine the garlic, remaining melted butter, garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and half of the parsley. Roll each dough ball in the garlic butter mixture and place on the prepared baking sheet. Top with cheese.
