Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2. In a large bowl, beat the butter with a mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add the sugar and baking powder, and beat until well combined.
- 4. Add the egg and vanilla extract; continue beating until fully incorporated.
- 5. Add the salt and Oatsome Oat Flour. Mix until the flour is fully combined. The dough will be slightly sticky.
- 6. Scoop the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it evenly to cover the bottom of the sheet.
- 7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is firm to the touch.
- 8. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- 9. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, oat milk, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy.
- 10. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
