- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch metal baking pan with parchment paper or lightly coat it with nonstick spray.
- 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt; set aside.
- 3. In a large bowl, whisk the melted butter and brown sugar until combined. Whisk in the egg and vanilla.
