Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates, pit removed
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 3/4 cup diced almonds
  • 1 cup Oatsome Protein Oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 3-4 Tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup ground freeze-dried strawberries for rolling

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients, dates, freeze - dried strawberries, almonds, oats, and chia seeds, in a food processor.
  2. 2. Pulse until all ingre dients are chopped finely but not a paste yet. You don't want it to be a paste but lots of small pieces. Add the water a couple of tablespoons at a time until your dough forms a slightly sticky dough.
  3. 3. Scoop dough into balls and chill while you grind freeze - dried strawberries into a powder using a spice or coffee grinder or place in a plastic bag with a zip top and smash them into a powder. Roll balls into strawberry powder and chill.
