Ingredients

- •1 cup dates, pit removed
- •1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- •3/4 cup diced almonds
- •1 cup Oatsome Protein Oats
- •1 Tbsp chia seeds
- •3-4 Tbsp water
- •1/4 cup ground freeze-dried strawberries for rolling
Instructions
- 1. Combine all ingredients, dates, freeze - dried strawberries, almonds, oats, and chia seeds, in a food processor.
- 2. Pulse until all ingre dients are chopped finely but not a paste yet. You don't want it to be a paste but lots of small pieces. Add the water a couple of tablespoons at a time until your dough forms a slightly sticky dough.
- 3. Scoop dough into balls and chill while you grind freeze - dried strawberries into a powder using a spice or coffee grinder or place in a plastic bag with a zip top and smash them into a powder. Roll balls into strawberry powder and chill.
