  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy whipped cream, for cold foam topping

Directions
