Peanut Butter Chocolate Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • Pinch salt
  • Cooking spray
  • Natural Peanut Butter for Drizzle
  • Shaved Chocolate For garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a ramekin or oven - safe pan with cooking spray.
  2. 2. In a blender combine all the ingredients until smooth and well - blended, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Transfer the batter into the prepared ramekin. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out with just a couple crumbs. Allow to cool in the pan f or 10 minutes before serving and frosting. Or Microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
