  • 6 slices of texas toast
  • avocado oil for cooking

Directions

  1. 1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt until fully combined.
  2. 2. Spread the granola evenly on a plate.
  3. 3. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak until well saturated.
  4. 4. Immediately transfer the soaked bread to the plate with the granola, gently pressing and wiggling to ensure an even coating. Flip and repeat on the other side. Repeat with all six slices.
