  • 2 Tbsp nut or seed butter of your choice
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • Toppings:
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt of your choice
  • 1 cup fresh berries of your choice

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. 2. Grease a muffin tin well, line it with cupcake liners, or use a silicone muffin tin for easy removal.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix together the granola tart ingredients until a sticky, cohesive mixture forms.
  4. 4. Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups. Press firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides to form a tart shell shape.
  5. 5. Bake for 14–15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. 6. Remove from the oven and let the pan cool for a few minutes. Then transfer the muffin tin to the freezer for about 20 minutes, this helps the tarts become extra crunchy and easier to remove.
  7. 7. Once chilled and firm, fill each tart cup with your yogurt of choice and top with fresh berries or other fruit. Serve immediately.
